David Maria Vogel is a film editor based in Berlin.

After nearly a decade as an assistant editor alongside editors such as Hansjörg Weißbrich, Bettina Böhler, and Andreas Menn — on productions including September 5, She Said, I’m Your Man, and DARK — he has been working as an editor in his own right since 2025.

His current projects as editor include work with director Maria Speth and artist Albert Oehlen, as well as the Berlinale selection Paternal Leave (dir. Alissa Jung).
