Chelar (Helen Luise Höhle) is dissatisfied—by climate change and by the rules her classmates live by. She is also frustrated that no one seems to have a genuine connection to nature. So Chelar decides to transform into a tree. What begins as a spontaneous act of protest soon becomes a powerful example for her friend Solvei (Maïmouna Mbacké) and the adults around them.
